Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience selecting, implementing, and maintaining multi-vendor AI solutions.
- Thorough understanding of the AI stack including applications, middleware, frameworks, agents, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Excellence in research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the AI market.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global team.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create thought-provoking, must-have insights content for CIOs and AI leaders across AI solution categories.
- Research and predict market vendors and trends to provide actionable insights such as Magic Quadrants and Strategic Roadmaps.
- Advise organizations on AI readiness, strategy, architecture, and vendor selection.
- Represent Gartner as a credible thought leader at local, regional, and global levels through presentations and client engagements.
- Collaborate with team managers and research cohorts to align stakeholders and drive high-impact outcomes.
- Peer-review research content and mentor junior team members to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Support research and sales by representing the voice of the market and driving client engagement.
