Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs.
- Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design principles to create learner-centric content.
- Design and curate blended solutions using eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities.
- Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance of content.
- Leverage generative AI tools and deploy custom GPTs to support learning outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows.
