Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day content operations across roughly 125 corporate-run magazines while building scalable workflows and operating rhythms.
  • Oversee end-to-end production timelines, maintain strict quality benchmarks, and manage the seamless onboarding of new titles.
  • Partner with Creative, Editorial, and Design teams to eliminate bottlenecks, safeguard brand standards, and elevate readership engagement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Content team, cultivating a culture of accountability and high-quality performance.
  • Evaluate staffing capacity and allocate resources strategically to support sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Drive strategies focused on increasing readership engagement and strengthening community value.
  • Own the content operating budget and monitor data-driven KPIs for productivity, quality, and engagement.
