Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
- Previous experience developing, launching, and live operating RPGs in mobile.
- Ability to interpret data and market trends to guide decision-making.
- Strong understanding of player behavior and user experience design principles.
- Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing effective product management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and mentor talent.
- Bonus: Live operation experience with live software.
- Bonus: Experience in 4X strategy or Action RPG games.
- Bonus: Bachelor Degree in Video Game Design and Development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the feature lifecycle for multiple parallel features, managing requirements and quality from inception to delivery.
- Prioritize player experience in all decisions, aligning development with target audience needs.
- Identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences.
- Provide leadership for daily tasks and larger projects across multiple teams.
- Manage and analyze game and market metrics to derive actionable insights and set business objectives.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to cross-functional teams and upper management.
