Requirements

  • MSc or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Spark is a strong advantage.
  • Strong statistical foundations including hypothesis testing, regression, survival analysis, and experimental design.
  • Understanding of clinical study design and biostatistics.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous questions into well-defined analytical problems.
  • Ability to create clear, publication-ready scientific figures.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be based in Western Europe (e.g., Switzerland, Spain, UK, France, Germany).

Responsibilities

  • Mine and analyse large-scale real-world data to identify patterns related to clinical outcomes, product performance, and usage.
  • Design, perform, and interpret statistical analyses of clinical study data in coordination with the clinical team.
  • Produce analytical results into clear scientific insights and publication-ready figures.
  • Apply statistical methods to user and product data to answer questions regarding engagement, retention, and feature usage.
  • Design and interpret experiments to evaluate product changes and quantify their impact.
  • Develop reproducible analytical workflows documented according to quality and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, MDR, GCP).
