Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python programming.
- Approximately 10 years of total software engineering or data-focused experience.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade APIs, preferably with FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, LLMOps, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Experience fine-tuning open-source models using the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Practical experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector.
- Experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of model serving techniques and tools like vLLM or TGI.
- Strong proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
- Experienced in processing large-scale text datasets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI systems, including maintaining scalable APIs for AI/ML models.
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from prototyping to production.
- Design and implement RAG systems using vector databases and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Optimize model inference for latency, cost, and throughput while implementing robust monitoring and logging.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support testing, deployment, and iteration of AI systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
