Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to build AI workflows, prompt systems, and repeatable operational automations.
- Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability.
- Experience in marketing, content creation, outreach, and growth operations.
- Strong proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Ability to independently learn and navigate new technical platforms and dashboards.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage concurrent deadlines.
- High ownership and independent execution ability.
- Reliable remote work setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities
- Develop and improve AI-powered workflows, prompt systems, and internal operational automations.
- Manage social media channels, create content calendars, and repurpose content into various formats.
- Oversee podcast production, from recording and editing to distribution and promotional assets.
- Build and manage outbound lead generation campaigns using tools like Clay, Instantly, and Smartlead.
- Create and maintain marketing assets including website/landing pages, presentations, and newsletters.
- Coordinate event logistics for conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Perform light technical operations such as DNS updates and basic platform troubleshooting.
