Requirements
- Strong daily, hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, AI agents, copilots).
- Proven ability to create effective prompts and repeatable AI workflows.
- Experience with marketing campaign execution, social media management, and content coordination.
- Strong written English and copywriting ability.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technical tools, dashboards, and managing unfamiliar systems.
- Reliable remote-work setup and high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work 9 AM – 5 PM U.S. Central Time.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI-powered workflows and custom automations for marketing and operations.
- Manage company social channels and develop AI-assisted content for leadership.
- Support the full podcast workflow from recording through publishing and distribution.
- Build and manage cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
- Create and update marketing assets, including websites, landing pages, and pitch decks.
- Coordinate operational details for conferences, webinars, and events.
- Troubleshoot technical systems and perform light operations tasks like basic DNS updates.
