Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
- Fluency in Figma.
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complicated workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
- Experience integrating AI-driven features.
- Ability to maintain a systems-level perspective while managing micro-level details.
- Comfort using analytics, success metrics, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Capacity to iterate rapidly and pivot design directions based on user feedback.
- Reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Possess a valid visa or ESTA to enter the United States for customer visits.
Responsibilities
- Own workflows end-to-end with Product and Engineering from conceptualization through shipment and measurement.
- Visit warehouses to observe user workflows and translate findings into design iterations.
- Design dynamic, context-aware flows for scanners, mobile, desktop, and hardware-integrated surfaces.
- Push the design system forward to ensure it scales across all product surfaces.
- Use AI tools to enhance product quality and determine where AI adds genuine value.
