Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Risk Management, or related field preferred).
- 10+ years in client success management handling large, complex accounts.
- 10+ years in P&C insurance, BPO, or professional services.
- 10+ years applying project or program management methodologies in client-facing contexts.
- Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder relationships at the Director-to-VP level.
- Deep operational fluency in how insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs function.
- Ability to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Insurance designations are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior onshore point of contact and strategic liaison between senior client contacts, internal stakeholders, and functional teams.
- Own the account through the full transformation lifecycle while maintaining VP- and C-level client relationships.
- Oversee complex onboarding and work conversions to tech-enabled service offerings to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and monitor internal and client-facing metrics.
- Act as the senior owner for service delivery performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to define and execute tech-enablement projects.
- Develop and deepen executive-level relationships to position the firm as a trusted advisor.
- Identify expansion signals to partner with Sales and Account Management on growth opportunities.
- Maintain account documentation and health records in Salesforce.
- Lead and influence a 10–30 person cross-functional Pod team.
