Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture new opportunities and leads using LinkedIn and other online tools
- Update and maintain the HubSpot CRM
- Research potential UK/Europe speaking and training opportunities
- Respond to enquiries for product and service information
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Develop quotes and proposals and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist in developing and maintaining a 3-6 month pipeline of contacts
- Research potential guests for the Inclusion Bites podcast
