Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading IT or software development projects.
- Proven track record acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Experience managing multiple projects or client relationships in parallel.
- Direct experience working with international decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Technical awareness to collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Hands-on project management experience in web and mobile application development.
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and ability to handle ambiguous requirements.
- Fluent English (minimum C1) and Polish (minimum C1).
- Strong command of project metrics including scope, budget, timeline, and risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital products from first conversation to successful release and beyond.
- Act as a strategic consultant, advising clients on delivery approaches and product strategy.
- Manage a varied portfolio of client engagements, ensuring project profitability and delivery health.
- Own end-to-end project lifecycles, including discovery, estimation, planning, and delivery.
- Coordinate and motivate interdisciplinary teams including developers, QA, BAs, and designers.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships with international decision-makers.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
