Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on proficiency in Jira administration and configuration.
- Proven experience managing projects with shifting priorities and startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and metrics.
- English proficiency at C1+ level or higher for international project collaboration.
- Demonstrated daily, hands-on experience using AI tools in your workflow.
- Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies and feedback.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes a few times per year to Germany or Portugal.

- Manage IT projects through their lifecycle, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
