Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital or IT contexts.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex technology implementation projects in a matrixed organization.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with project financial tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern project management tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is highly preferred.
- C1 level fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily project execution for technology implementations within defined timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with Product Management to track project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
- Define and implement project governance and control mechanisms aligned with organizational standards.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues with appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain project artifacts including timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and financial reports.
- Ensure project alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Participate in steering committee meetings and facilitate status reporting.
