Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, legal, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing materials for leadership and governance forums.
- Familiarity with compliance concepts including sanctions screening, KYC/EDD, and control testing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent cases and deadlines.
- Ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- High integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Execute Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), for LNG & LPG counterparties and suppliers.
- Perform sanctions pre-screens and maintain the ongoing monitoring queue for restricted-party matches.
- Execute routine control tests across regulatory, ethics, and sanctions programs.
- Gather supporting documentation for audits and track deficiencies to resolution.
- Administer intake, logging, and triage of compliance cases in case management systems.
- Maintain compliance dashboards and track health metrics to analyze risk trends.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for Compliance Councils and committee meetings.
- Coordinate with Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, and Internal Audit departments.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and standardization of compliance processes.
