Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience within financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret contracts.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Takes ownership of issues and follows through to resolution.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor an ongoing portfolio of assigned post-closing releases in our system of record.
- Review transactional agreements and contracts to extract relevant legal information for distributions.
- Perform thorough analysis to understand post-closing contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to create accurate distribution waterfalls and ensure timely releases.
- Prepare post-closing release materials and collaborate with the Compliance Analyst Team.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely problem resolution.
- Account for quality, accuracy, and timeliness of results.
- Manage and execute special projects as needed.
- Deliver training as requested by Management.
