Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience working with Public Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements.
- Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree from a recognized college or university.
- Experience with prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing.
- Knowledge of construction industry employment practices and state labor regulations.
- Experience implementing procedures and coordinating with internal and external departments.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor certified payroll for both internal self-perform projects and external subcontractors.
- Review public and private contracts for labor requirements and coordinate with project teams to ensure monitoring, reporting, and submission compliance.
- Perform periodic audits on projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Develop risk assessments on the Compliance Programs.
- Conduct labor compliance training sessions for stakeholders, employees, and contractors.
- Verify payroll records, benefit statements, and apprenticeship paperwork for regulatory compliance.
- Utilize LCP Tracker and other software to review and approve documentation.
