Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Deep technical understanding of LLM usage and orchestration.
- Strong expertise in Python, specifically FastAPI and LangGraph.
- Proven experience building complex RAG systems.
- Proven experience building autonomous AI agents.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks and iterating based on performance metrics.
- Experience deploying and managing AI workloads in AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Commitment to privacy-first and responsible AI development.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Design strict-source-following Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with citation integrity.
- Implement guardrails, structured outputs, and validation layers.
- Build scalable backend services using FastAPI and orchestrate workflows via LangGraph.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads in AWS or Azure.
- Develop evaluation pipelines measuring accuracy, citation adherence, latency, and reliability.
- Embed privacy-by-design principles and data sovereignty into the AI stack.
