Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled applications, cloud applications, or enterprise integrations.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with at least one additional stack (C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java).
- Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience across hosting, identity, storage, and security.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt design.
- Experience building or integrating APIs, connectors, and enterprise workflow systems.
- Strong understanding of authentication, RBAC, and secure secrets management.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Build rapid proofs of concept and production-ready components for AI-enabled research, data access, document analysis, workflow automation, and reconciliation.
- Develop, review, refactor, test, and maintain application code using Python and other supported development technologies.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, MCP components, connectors, webhooks, databases, enterprise applications, and data-integration services.
- Connect AI-enabled workflows with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and other enterprise platforms.
- Implement retrieval and data-processing solutions using embeddings, vector search, and access-aware patterns.
- Deploy and operate applications within Microsoft Azure using secure hosting, identity, and networking patterns.
- Build repeatable development and release processes using Git, CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure automation.
- Test AI solutions for security, model failure, and production-readiness risks.
