Requirements
- 8+ years of B2C product marketing and brand management experience.
- Background in VMS, nutraceuticals, or specialty ingredients.
- Proven track record of retail execution.
- Strong strategic instincts with data mastery, including experience managing budgets, pricing, and forecasting.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, sales, and product teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical/scientific concepts into high-impact marketing messages.
- Experience building data-driven business cases.
- Probiotic or international expansion experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and champion innovation pipelines across multiple biotics categories, prioritizing high-impact product launches that push boundaries.
- Own the commercialization journey end-to-end—from initial concept and positioning to packaging, merchandising, consumer validation, and GTM execution.
- Build data-driven business cases that pinpoint category whitespace, establish strategic pricing, and drive sharp forecast modeling.
- Partner closely with Innovation and R&D to translate breakthrough science and complex technical features into compelling, accessible storytelling.
- Craft bold product positioning, claims, and messaging alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring total alignment with our brand ethos.
- Guide core brand messaging to deliver a seamless, elevated consumer experience across all touchpoints.
- Provide strategic vision for marketing and channel leads across GTM rollouts and lifecycle management to guarantee market impact.
- Analyze market and competitive dynamics to uncover emerging trends and turn them into major growth opportunities.
