Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, or business operations.
  • Significant experience in high-growth SaaS and AI-first environments.
  • Demonstrated success operating at principal or director level, influencing senior leaders.
  • Deep expertise in product development lifecycles, product management practices, and design collaboration models.
  • Strong experience leading portfolio planning, roadmap operations, and prioritization processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and systems thinking skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Command of product and business analytics ecosystems, including Segment, Amplitude, Productboard, Linear, Jira, and BI platforms.
  • Experience designing scalable workflows and automations using tools such as Zapier or Retool.
  • Excellent program leadership skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product operating model, including planning frameworks, prioritization practices, and governance mechanisms.
  • Lead company-level product planning and roadmap operations, driving investment tradeoffs and executive communication.
  • Establish scalable mechanisms to improve visibility and execution across the product development lifecycle.
  • Drive portfolio-level insight and operational rigor by tracking strategic initiatives and product health.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams to integrate feedback and market signals into product decisions.
  • Build and operationalize executive-ready reporting on roadmap progress, product performance, and operational metrics.
  • Identify structural inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve planning quality, process consistency, and execution speed.
  • Evaluate and implement tooling for product planning, collaboration, analytics, and knowledge management.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for experimentation and learning to support strategic product goals.
