Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing end-to-end automation solutions.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid mastery of Web automation (Selenium) and Mobile automation (Appium).
- Experience in API/Service automation (REST, contract validation) using tools like Postman, Newman, or RestAssured.
- Expertise in SQL for complex query execution and test data management.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Jest, or Mocha.
- Experience with reporting tools like Allure or ExtentReports.
- Solid knowledge of Git for version control and integration of test suites into CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
- Working experience with Agile methodologies.
- Conversational English level B1 / B2.
Responsibilities
- Construct automation solutions and frameworks from scratch using maintainable, reusable, and scalable code.
- Define architecture, standards, and best practices for Automation QA.
- Automate end-to-end tests for APIs (REST), Web (Selenium), and Mobile (Appium) applications.
- Prepare and manage test data using complex SQL queries.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and prioritize automation opportunities based on impact.
- Integrate and execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
- Define and track automation metrics including coverage, flakiness, and execution times.
- Generate structured reports on test results.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues autonomously while mentoring junior and semi-senior QA team members.
