Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management and/or enterprise SaaS product release management.
- Proven track record of executing release and program management strategies through agile leadership.
- Strong program governance skills, including milestone planning, dependency management, and risk tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all seniority levels.
- Advanced Jira and Confluence skills, including custom reporting and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in diagramming and planning tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Experience planning and executing long-term, multi-phase programs.
- Agile SCRUM, Product Owner, SCRUM Master, or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end release management process from planning through to external release.
- Lead core cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Operations through the release cycle.
- Define and maintain a release calendar while monitoring release readiness and post-release adoption metrics.
- Lead program-level planning and governance, managing dependencies and milestones across concurrent workstreams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks, providing regular reporting to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Champion agile methodology and coach product and engineering teams on effective delivery practices.
