- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders
- Experienced in complex delivery ecosystems, including multi-squad and third parties
- Servant leader who builds trust, engagement, and team alignment
- Highly collaborative, promoting shared ownership across teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and strategic priorities.
- Drive predictable and high-quality delivery through robust planning, effective risk management, and proactive issue resolution.
- Leverage delivery metrics (e.g. velocity, throughput, cycle time, WIP, work item age) to provide clear and transparent insights into delivery health.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to share best practices and address systemic challenges.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to evolve the operating model, governance, and overall delivery maturity.
- Influence cross-programme alignment to ensure consistency, clarity, and effective execution across initiatives.
- Champion pragmatic Agile practices, tailoring frameworks to suit team and organisational needs.
- Coach teams and Product Owners on prioritisation, backlog management, and value-driven delivery.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, translating complex delivery risks and progress into clear, actionable narratives.
