Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in wholesale roaming, carrier services, or MNO interconnect program management.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent partner onboarding programs.
- Strong program management skills including structured planning, documentation, and risk escalation.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management.
- Strong working knowledge of roaming standards and signaling protocols.
- Experience with GSMA data exchange processes (IR.21, RAEX, IREG, TADIG).
- Familiarity with IPX interconnect bring-up and roaming billing (TAP/NRTRDE).
- Active habits using AI tools to amplify productivity.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical engineering and commercial stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience with NTN, NB-IoT, or satellite IoT roaming.
- Bonus: Experience working across both US and European partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Drive concurrent MNO onboardings through the full lifecycle from commercial alignment to commercial launch.
- Manage a portfolio dashboard showing active partner status, blockers, and forecast launch dates.
- Run program rituals including partner stand-ups, portfolio reviews, and executive readouts.
- Act as the single point of contact for partner MNO program teams.
- Translate partner requirements into Jira epics and track engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate cutover and maintenance windows, plus BGP and signaling route changes.
- Manage GSMA data exchange including IR.21 documents, RAEX uploads, and TADIG codes.
- Own the schedule and alignment for IREG testing and TADIG test campaigns.
- Maintain a live risk register to flag cross-partner dependencies.
