Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com CRM functions and configuration options.
- Strong Salesforce platform development skill set including Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a modern general purpose programming language.
- Experience with web integration architecture.
- Experience with structured testing and QA practices.
- Track record of delivering large-scale system functions on-time and on-budget.
- Effective information gathering and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications are preferred.
- Experience with large non-profit business processes is preferred.
- Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build new digital tools by defining business requirements, designing, coding, testing, and implementing systems.
- Monitor and analyze existing systems to maintain high-quality software and improve CRM processes.
- Synthesize data insights by delivering reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to architectural strategy by improving standards supporting CRM systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for teammates and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with Salesforce and relevant technologies to ensure system compatibility and strategic relevance.
