Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8+ years of administrative and/or project experience with Windows Server and related technologies.
- 6-8+ years of workstation, network, and/or public cloud support experience.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Platform.
- Experience with Thrive Security Service Offerings or similar security frameworks.
- Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure Platforms (VMWare, Azure, AWS).
- Understanding of Network Infrastructure and Windows Server Technology.
- Experience working with highly complex technical projects involving multiple workstreams.
- Experience with monitoring and remote management tools.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience using ServiceNow or other project management software (preferred).
- Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Devise implementation strategy and assess client readiness for Enterprise client projects.
- Orchestrate Thrive engineering teams as the dedicated technical project lead.
- Translate customer business needs into technical realities.
- Perform hands-on engineering efforts and technical decision making as needed.
- Communicate project plans, potential impacts, and testing procedures to clients at both technical and executive levels.
- Coordinate and prioritize engineers from multiple distributed teams.
- Track and manage time effectively to accomplish multiple ongoing projects.
- Analyze unfamiliar client environments to determine secure and efficient paths to project goals.
