Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, sociology, psychology, education, social work, or related social science.
- At least 3 years of experience in research, evaluation, consulting, community engagement, or capacity building.
- Demonstrated experience in data collection, organization, and analysis.
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with research tools like SPSS, R, NVivo, Dedoose, Stata, ArcGIS, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Genuine interest in advancing community health and equity.
- Must be located within one of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze research data to generate findings.
- Conduct interviews and focus groups and participate in client meetings.
- Interpret research findings to identify insights and practical recommendations.
- Draft reports, memos, and presentations with effective data visualization.
- Manage assigned tasks and project timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Contribute to proposal development and submission materials.
- Collaborate across practice areas and maintain project utilization targets.
