Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, sociology, psychology, education, social work, or related social science.
At least 3 years of experience in research, evaluation, consulting, community engagement, or capacity building.
Demonstrated experience in data collection, organization, and analysis.
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing deadlines.
Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with research tools like SPSS, R, NVivo, Dedoose, Stata, ArcGIS, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Genuine interest in advancing community health and equity.
Must be located within one of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, DC.

Support the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Collect, organize, clean, and analyze research data to generate findings.
Conduct interviews and focus groups and participate in client meetings.
Interpret research findings to identify insights and practical recommendations.
Draft reports, memos, and presentations with effective data visualization.
Manage assigned tasks and project timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Contribute to proposal development and submission materials.
Collaborate across practice areas and maintain project utilization targets.
