Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of professional experience.
  • 12+ years of HR technology support experience with demonstrated leadership in service delivery and vendor management.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.
  • Strong expertise in US and Canadian payroll requirements, tax calculations, benefits integrations, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BPM Worklist.
  • Technical knowledge of SQL, database queries, data extracts, and interface troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing application enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent people leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills to influence diverse teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with an impact-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR technology application support and enhancement activities for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and related applications.
  • Act as subject matter expert for payroll processing, tax calculations, benefits integrations, and configuration.
  • Manage the full application change lifecycle including requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead release and change management for module releases, upgrades, and patches.
  • Provide Tier 2 support leadership for incident intake, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Manage team resources, workloads, capacity planning, and project assignments.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical direction to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Coordinate external vendor relationships and product roadmaps.
  • Drive data and process governance for standardization and simplification.
