Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience, ideally in medical, life sciences, or analytical instrumentation industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience successfully executing at least two New Product Development or software development projects.
- Experience managing hardware and system-level initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, resource coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or SharePoint.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority across technical and business functions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 10% of the time.
- PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of feature trains using Scaled Agile development practices.
- Drive project planning activities, establish key achievements, and monitor progress against plans.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure delivery against strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Software, Firmware, Hardware, Service, and Research teams.
- Support New Product Development initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and communicate project status reports, performance indicators, and progress metrics.
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of project management methodologies and PMO standards.
