Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
- Strong hands-on expertise with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll and Benefits.
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, configurations, and functional workflows.
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft integrations and third-party vendor systems.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering payroll implementations, transformations, or production support.
- Ability to create and maintain functional specifications, design documents, and test documentation.
- Working knowledge of technical components including Application Engine, SQR, and interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and determine root causes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting multi-country payroll environments in EMEA and APAC is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing payroll and benefits processes across EMEA and APAC to identify improvement opportunities.
- Redesign business process issues related to payroll, benefits, and third-party vendor integrations.
- Configure, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll and Benefits functionality.
- Analyze integration requirements and coordinate interfaces between PeopleSoft and external vendor systems.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, design documents, test scripts, and test plans.
- Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including defect investigation and resolution.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue reconciliation.
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout project implementation.
