Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- At least 3 years as a System Administrator or in a similar IT operations role.
- Extensive experience with end-user operating systems including Windows and macOS.
- Proficiency with device management, laptop hardware, servers, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Office 365, and Google Workspace/GSuite.
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure including Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Network Security.
- Experience configuring and managing SIEM and endpoint security monitoring tools.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure, supporting virtual desktops and EC2.
- Proven track record delivering support in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT support for employees, resolving device, account, application, server, and service issues.
- Lead the administration and optimization of core IT platforms, including identity and access management, collaboration suites, and device management.
- Drive organization-wide IT initiatives such as migrations, infrastructure optimizations, security enhancements, SSO integrations, provisioning, and automation.
- Ensure effective governance across IT assets, licenses, and subscriptions by maintaining inventories and managing Entra ID domains.
- Participate in security and compliance audits.
- Work rotational shifts, including nights and weekend on-call coverage.
