Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical IT projects (infrastructure, platforms, telecommunication cloud migration, virtual desktop).
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Endpoint/Mobile Device Management (Intune), and Microsoft Teams Telephony.
- Strong experience in managing changes, risks, and issues.
- Experience tracking project costs with external vendors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound experience in senior stakeholder management.
- Expert knowledge in spoken and written English.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure technology (highly desirable).
- Certification in project management (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) (highly desirable).
- Certification in ITSM, ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, or equivalent (highly desirable).
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects to ensure successful implementation in adherence to timeline, budget, and scope.
- Document projects in compliance with OIM’s Enterprise Programme Management Office methodology and templates.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and presentations to relevant governing bodies.
- Complete IT change request documentation for the IT Change Advisory Board.
- Collaborate with ICT Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Business Applications teams.
- Provide technical expertise on cloud-based infrastructure, telecommunications, network, and information security.
- Provide technical expertise on MDM, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams Telephony.
