Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a GTM engineering or demand generation role.
- Proven experience building enterprise lead generation systems from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack, specifically Salesforce, enrichment tools, and sales engagement platforms.
- Working proficiency in SQL.
- Comfort with at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript) for custom workflows and integrations.
- Ability to analyze messy data to identify root causes of pipeline or data-quality issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new AI tools like Claude.
Responsibilities
- Stand up core GTM systems and data infrastructure, including CRM architecture, enrichment tooling, and integrations.
- Define and build sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing logic to convert market data into sales-ready leads.
- Design and automate outbound and inbound lead flows to ensure a well-qualified pipeline.
- Partner with Sales and leadership to define and enforce lead qualification standards at scale.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude to prototype and ship lead-gen automations.
- Continuously test, instrument, and iterate on lead generation systems to optimize pipeline performance.
