Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various Danish-speaking jobs, from initial screening to final placement.
- Source, attract, and interview candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for our clients.
- Utilize professional networking tools and internal databases to identify high-potential talent.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing professional feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience, maintaining the premium reputation of Mercier Consultancy Group.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver top-tier recruitment & staffing solutions.
