Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Strong background in mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Experience building products for multiple user personas with complex workflows.
- Ownership experience of App Store and Play Store release cycles.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for rapid prototyping and development.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams from discovery to launch.
- Experience conducting customer research and field interviews.
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Passion for mobile-first, user-centric design.
- Experience in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Hostaway mobile app.
- Conduct continuous user research through field interviews and usability studies.
- Use AI tools to create functional prototypes and ship features.
- Establish north-star metrics and track usage for every release.
- Own product adoption, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with Design to deliver native mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
- Coordinate GTM readiness with Product Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
