- 5+ years in a true Product Manager role.
- Extensive experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience writing epics, features, and user stories.
- Proficiency in backlog management.
- Strong Agile / Scrum experience.
- Technically inclined with understanding of cloud platforms and product technologies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and drive product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead product teams end-to-end across the complete product lifecycle.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical and product solutions.
- Manage product execution, release planning, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Business, and IT stakeholders.
- Handle risks, issues, roadblocks, and strategic challenges.
- Develop and manage epics, features, and user stories.
