Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success or Technical Support.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript with ability to create and maintain automation scripts.
Solid understanding of API concepts, RESTful architecture, and web services.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with an analytical approach.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficiency with macOS.
Comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Prior experience with API testing tools, mobile app development, or SQL is a plus.

Guide and assist customers in the seamless integration of APIs into web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth onboarding and provide technical expertise.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of internal logs to identify and troubleshoot customer issues.
Proactively monitor API usage and performance to identify and resolve potential issues.
Utilize JavaScript to craft sample code snippets and provide recommendations to optimize integrations.
Develop automation scripts for API testing, validation, and monitoring processes.
Conduct training sessions and webinars on API best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate self-service support.
Work closely with Customer Success Managers to onboard, retain, and grow customers.
