At least 3 years in a marketing coordination, digital marketing, or e-commerce execution role.
Background in direct-to-consumer e-commerce selling physical products.
Hands-on experience building and scheduling email campaigns and automated flows (Klaviyo preferred).
Experience managing product pages, collections, and banners within Shopify admin.
Experience creating and maintaining marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
Proven ability to coordinate product launches or sale campaigns across teams.
Exposure to marketing reporting via GA4 or platform dashboards.
Experience acting as the day-to-day contact for outside agencies or collaborators.
Strong written English proficiency.
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Basic image editing capabilities in tools such as Canva.
Careful attention to detail.

Build, schedule, and send email campaigns and maintain automated flows.
Perform routine content updates on Shopify including banners, product pages, and collections.
Manage and optimize product listings across sales channels.
Own launch checklists and coordinate promotional sequences to ensure on-time execution.
Act as the day-to-day contact for paid collaborators, partners, and agencies.
Monitor partner and agency invoices against agreed scope.
Track marketing performance and maintain organized project assets and calendars.
