Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience building production-scale fullstack applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in React.js or a comparable component-based framework.
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and routing.
- Experience with modern web tooling such as Webpack, Vite, npm, yarn, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
- Experience integrating with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL.
- Experience designing and building backend services in a modern server-side language like Go or Java.
- Experience working with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, and RDS.
- Experience with containerized environments such as Docker.
- Experience with databases like MySQL or DynamoDB and observability tools like Datadog.
- Demonstrated experience using and evaluating AI-assisted development tools for productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality fullstack systems and experiences.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features across the stack from technical design to rollout and iteration.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, performant, and accessible applications.
- Optimize fullstack systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Champion best practices in architecture, usability, security, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Utilize AI tools to expedite workflows including code generation, refactoring, and testing.
- Write high-quality, well-tested, and robust code.
- Conduct peer design and code reviews while providing actionable feedback.
- Mentor fellow engineers and serve as a technical subject matter expert.
