Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Substantial generalist HR expertise with deep knowledge of labor relations management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of US employment law, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices across UK, EU (preferably Germany), and Singapore.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR or HRBP position within a multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated business acumen in implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational transformation.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and workforce analytics tools.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to travel for work as required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Translate global business priorities into localized people strategies across different regions.
  • Manage labor relations by interpreting agreements, resolving disputes, and collaborating with union representatives.
  • Conduct investigations and handle grievances, arbitrations, and other labor-related matters.
  • Implement company-wide performance management, compensation reviews, and talent assessments.
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures, change management, and organizational culture.
  • Identify upskilling needs and develop leadership capability programs in partnership with L&D.
