Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data science, applied ML, or quantitative product roles at a high-growth company.
- Proven ability to partner with engineering and product teams to ship customer-facing features.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for writing performant queries against large-scale databases like ClickHouse or BigQuery.
- Deep fluency in AI/LLMs, including model evaluation, prompt engineering, and agentic ecosystems.
- Strong statistical and mathematical foundations in distributions, causal inference, and experimental design.
- Proficiency in Python for prototyping models, running simulations, and building pipelines.
- Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex system requirements into shippable solutions.
- Highly independent and motivated to work in fast-moving, low-structure environments.
- Strong written communication skills for explaining complex analysis to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve rules, heuristics, and models for core model and provider routing systems.
- Develop analytics products and perform deep-dive analyses to help users diagnose issues and optimize workflows.
- Design and ship user-facing data features including classification taxonomies and model performance rankings.
- Define and track product metrics like engagement and platform health to inform roadmap and architectural decisions.
- Contribute to the data warehouse using dbt and ClickHouse to support analytical scalability.
