Requirements
- 3–5 years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Proven success managing full-cycle accounting in a high-transaction-volume or multi-location business environment.
- Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and month-end close skills.
- Full professional fluency in English (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in Slack, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Drive.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across digital channels.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fully remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle including reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Reconcile cash and transaction activity across a large, distributed network of digital currency kiosks.
- Support accounting for digital asset transactions, including tracking volume and gains/losses across revenue channels.
- Integrate and optimize accounting tools and systems to support a scaling business.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, and vendor relationships.
- Partner with the compliance team on regulatory financial reporting for money services business operations.
