- Significant healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing teams.
- Deep expertise in omnichannel media strategy and audience planning.
- Strong understanding of healthcare media ecosystems (HCP, patient, caregiver, consumer).
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel media strategies.
- Experience building measurement frameworks and translating performance insights.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and executive-level clients.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, media research, and marketing effectiveness.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience contributing to agency growth initiatives and thought leadership preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead media strategy and integrated planning across a portfolio of healthcare clients.
- Serve as a senior strategic lead, guiding annual planning, investment allocation, and measurement frameworks.
- Translate complex market dynamics, audience insights, and performance data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Drive audience-first omnichannel planning approaches connecting HCP, patient, caregiver, and consumer engagement.
- Manage and mentor Directors, Associate Directors, and Managers across the planning organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, influencing media investment decisions.
- Develop measurement frameworks in partnership with Analytics teams to connect media performance to business outcomes.
- Support new business efforts through strategic media leadership and pitch participation.
