Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role or relevant internships.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Fluent Ukrainian proficiency.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Confident in writing SQL queries.
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred).
- Solid grasp of basic statistics.
- Ability to perform data storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail with numerical data.
- Capability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Proactively find growth opportunities and move team goals through actionable, data-driven insights and hypotheses.
- Plan A/B tests, analyze results, and deliver final recommendations.
- Provide the team with all the analytics needed for data-driven decisions.
