Requirements
- Business analysis fundamentals including requirements gathering and structured analysis.
- Ability to produce clear written synthesis.
- Comfort working with data and reporting or dashboarding tools.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team with limited supervision.
- Experience with Databricks or Power BI is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse data on platform usage, channel activity, and documentation coverage to support prioritization.
- Support user research activities including scheduling, note-taking, synthesis of interviews, and maintenance of persona/journey artefacts.
- Build and maintain adoption insights views to track engagement and progress.
- Draft and produce content such as newsletter releases and community updates under the direction of the Documentation Lead.
- Maintain engagement documentation, action logs, and reporting inputs.
