Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Proven success with Boolean sourcing and outbound recruiting.
- Experience managing recruitment workflows using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral interviewing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours with flexibility for candidate availability.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, success criteria, and sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and boolean search techniques.
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and collect feedback from panels.
- Present employment offers and negotiate terms.
- Manage recruitment workflows in ATS platforms and maintain accurate reporting.
