Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of progressive commercial experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare organizations.
  • Proven experience in U.S. in-line marketing, including recent experience supporting an HCP-focused product launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare customers and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in environments characterized by ambiguity.
  • Oncology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for internal meetings, conferences, and external engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic HCP marketing plans supporting lung cancer brands and anticipated product launches.
  • Translate customer insights into marketing strategies addressing the needs of healthcare providers and market access stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of promotional materials and multichannel initiatives for key HCP audiences.
  • Contribute commercial marketing expertise to cross-functional launch-readiness initiatives including clinical, medical, and market access teams.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and market dynamics to recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Partner with Analytics & Insights teams to shape market research and performance metrics.
  • Manage agency-of-record relationships to ensure timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage marketing operating budgets and timelines.
