Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Active PMP certification.
- Substantial experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, digital transformation, or large-scale technology deployments for external clients.
- Proven track record of delivering projects where formal delivery infrastructure was absent.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence C-level and executive stakeholders.
- Strong risk management, scope control, and financial oversight skills.
- Strategic project planning and execution expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship of project teams or junior project managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise client implementations, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality targets are met.
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for executive sponsors and agency program leadership.
- Translate business objectives into executable roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
- Direct cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, and Engineering Leads.
- Manage project risks proactively by building mitigation plans and making independent escalations.
- Oversee UAT planning, client training strategies, and long-term adoption success.
