Requirements
- At least one Epic certification (multiple preferred).
- Minimum two years of Epic work experience post-certification.
- Project management experience (PMP certification strongly preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain intense focus.
- Self-starter capable of managing schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.
- Experience with training environment build (MST), training project management, and Connect projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for clients.
- Apply technical expertise to client system builds to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
- Track and document project risks and issues.
- Analyze and document client workflows.
- Lead meetings regarding project status and work-product coordination.
- Monitor user workflows and provide documentation and optimization suggestions.
